“The idea of a video life story is one that Rachael kindly offered to us following the death of my beloved husband Michael. Although it is something that any family would cherish following the loss of a loved one, it is particularly important to us as family during the current Covid-19 lockdown conditions, having been unable to hold a funeral in the normal way.

We will be able to use the video as part of a memorial service we intend to hold in the future, as well as being able to share it with close friends and family. Although we are currently overwhelmed with sadness, I wanted it to be a celebration of Michael’s life, and Rachael has most certainly achieved that.

I am particularly grateful to Rachael for her kind and compassionate approach in working with me in its development. Rachael has an engaging style, which helped develop an easy rapport and gave me confidence in the process at what is a very difficult time for me and our family and friends. The resulting video is professionally produced and conveys  a real insight into the wonderful life that Michael lived and captures a real sense of who he was as a person. Thank you Rachel.”
